We are Zdeněk and Martin, and we founded Advocuts together. Years of practice in advocacy have taught us what our main strength lies in: we are not afraid to get into a dispute and we feel like a fish in water in crisis communication. When you think that all solutions have failed, we come in.

JUDr. Martin Solil
Martin completed his master's degree at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2013. At that time, while still a student, he gained his first years of practice at the renowned law firm Havel and Holásek. He then began his career as a legal trainee at the "family" law firm Solil, Linke, Richtr & spol. Since 2014, he has also gained extensive experience in almost all fields of law at the law firm Arzinger & Partners, where he met his current partner Zdeněk.
In the meantime, he also spent several months practicing at the District Court of Prague-East, where he had the opportunity to gain insight into the decision-making process of judges. In 2016, within a few months, he successfully passed the bar exam, defended his rigorous thesis, and had his first child. In 2017, Martin fully immersed himself in his legal career, devoting himself to his clients almost as devotedly as to his now four-member family.
Given his previous experience, Martin focuses primarily on the litigation agenda of our clients – whether it concerns criminal, civil or commercial law. Martin's main work has become negotiating compromises or fighting for clients' rights before civil or criminal courts. When he is not working, he spends time with his family or goes for a run after work to clear his head.

Mgr. Zdeněk Horák
Zdeněk completed his master's degree at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2014. However, he has been working in the legal profession since 2010, when he joined the law firm Arzinger & Partners as a student. He gained a lot of valuable experience there and, after completing his studies, also did his legal internship there.
After passing the bar exam, Zdeněk set out on his own as a lawyer, but soon joined forces with his friend Martin. Zdeněk's favorite work is litigation. However, a large part of his work also involves their prevention - he provides his clients with comprehensive legal services, contract preparation and consultancy in the fields of civil, commercial and labor law.
Zdeněk's clients are most often companies operating in the real estate market and startups, but he also provides his services to clients from the public sector, especially in the area of public procurement. Zdeněk has no problem providing legal services in English. After work, he likes to play tennis.

Lawyers who know how to bring a dispute to an end
JUDr. David Lakron
He understands disputes – and is not afraid of them. He specializes in commercial and civil disputes, where he helps clients bring matters to a close.
Since obtaining his JUDr. degree from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in 2020, he has been involved in resolving disputes for corporate clients across commercial, civil and sports law. His experience from judicial internships in both criminal and civil areas gives him real insight into how cases are decided.
He has been part of the Advocuts team since 2025.
Mgr. Zdeněk Straka
Your ally when the going gets tough. Focuses on criminal defense and claiming damages.
Since obtaining his Mgr. degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2020, he has been actively involved in the defense and representation of injured parties in all phases of criminal proceedings.
He has been part of the Advocuts team since 2024 as a law clerk focusing on criminal law and contentious matters.
Lukáš Malý
He focuses on civil, commercial and criminal law. As part of his studies and practice, he participates in resolving legal cases across these areas.
He gained experience at the law firm Havel & Partners as well as in public administration and the judiciary, including internships at the prosecutor's office and the High Court in Prague.
He is a final year student at the Faculty of Law, Charles University.
Štěpán Pavlík
He specializes in intellectual property law, especially copyright and commercial law, but also engages in other areas of legal practice.
He gained experience in the judicial environment during his studies, including an internship at the District Court in Přerov.
He is a student at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, and has been part of the Advocuts team since 2024.
Years of practice have taught us when to fight and when one good argument is enough.
